Pathways Preschool is seeking a responsible, capable, motivated, dependable, friendly, and caring preschool assistant teacher to join our team. As a preschool assistant teacher at Pathways Preschool, you will become a valuable member of our family, be treated with respect, and be given the support needed for success.

We believe in growing and developing our team professionally and doing what is best for the child. We seek to provide all children with a safe, secure, loving, and caring environment while socializing and engaging in their play and activities.

Pay Range is $18 to $20.

Preschool Lead Teacher Requirements:

Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Experience in a preschool setting.
Proficient in reading and writing.

Preschool Lead Teacher Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the teacher to ensure safety and care for each child's individual needs.
Comply with school and licensing regulations.
Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean.
Knowledgeable about licensing regulations, milestones, and standards.
Utilize our school-wide app system to post pictures and communicate with parents regularly.
